The “An Introduction to Consumer-Directed Health Plans & Health Savings Accounts” course provides human resource professionals with an understanding of the current trend towards High Deductible Health Plans (HDHP) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
Approximately 70% of mid to large employers offer HDHPs and roughly 40% of Americans between the ages of 18 and 64 had HDHPs as their primary insurance either through an employer or individually purchased.
